We deliver nationwide using trusted courier partners.
Delivery times:

During busy seasons (like sale days or holidays), courier times may vary slightly.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.
Customised or made-to-order items may take slightly longer — this will be noted on the product page.

If a parcel is delayed, lost, or returned due to delivery issues:

We want you to love every bookish treasure you receive from us. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right — fairly, clearly, and in the spirit of good customer care.
This policy aligns with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

1. Cooling-Off Period (ECTA)
If you purchased online, you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your items.
To qualify:

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Return shipping will be at your cost unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the return.

2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if:
